Jewelry - Stringing

Handmade jewelry in it's simplest form is done by a technique called Stringing. The style is pretty self explanatory. It is done by stringing various elements, such as beads, onto a string and adding clasps to the end. The focus on this type of jewelry style is not on the methods used in the actual creation of it, but instead on the patterns and color choice used.

Being an artist gives me a more knowledgeable and talented base to work with. I am able to use a variety of artistic elements in my creations. Color theory is one example. Utilizing color theory to choose colors that work well together makes for more aesthetically pleasing pieces, which is key when it comes to creating jewelry. It allows me to make each piece artistic in their own ways, while also being able to contend with the many changing pieces, trends and styles. It also allows for uniqueness and individuality.

Below are a few examples of stringed pieces. For a more extensive look at my jewelry, you can visit my store at www.mytrinketstore.com.
